Overall, the site was fine and I was able to find most of what I needed without too much trouble. A few pages were kind of slow to load for me, though, which got a little annoying — maybe it was my internet, but I don’t think so because my cat video tabs were loading just fine. Checkout also felt a bit more confusing than it needed to be, like I had to pause and double-check what step I was on. Not a bad experience at all, just one of those things where it works, but it could definitely feel smoother

The instructions were clear for the most part. I did have to reread one step to make sure I understood it, but after that everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a easy experience.

I tried using my rewards points a few different times, and it just never really worked the way it should. It was frustrating because the points are there, but actually using them felt like a hassle. I reached out to support too, but they were slow to respond and not very helpful. Overall, the rewards points feel kind of pointless.

I was really hoping this would work, but it didn’t fit or function with my machine at all. I tried a few times to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but no luck. Disappointing, especially since I was expecting to be able to use it right away. I’d appreciate a refund or some kind of replacement that actually works with my machine

I never got any clear tracking updates. It was just email after email with random info that didn’t really tell me anything. I kept having to check myself over and over, and even then I still had no idea where my order actually was

It was mostly what I expected. The item looked close enough to the photos, and the sizing was right, so no big issue there. I really like browsing the project ideas and getting inspiration from them, but the tutorials feel kind of hit or miss. Am I missing something, or do some of the steps just get skipped? A few times the photos didn’t really match what I was seeing while I was trying to make the project. It’s fun for inspo, but when I actually sit down to do one, I end up stuck more often than I’d like.

I’ve bought a few dies from Spellbinders Paper Arts, and for the most part they work okay with my machine. Some of the bigger shapes cut clean on the first try, but the thinner details can be a fussy little pain in the butt and usually need an extra pass or a shim. They’re not total crap or anything, but they’re definitely not perfect. For the price, I expected them to cut more evenly. I still use them, but all the fiddling around gets annoying fast.

I’m still waiting for someone to actually help me, the lack of response doesn’t feel very reassuring. The tone so far has come across as indifferent, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating...

The prices can feel a little high if you’re paying full price, but I usually have good luck in the sale section. I’ve picked up a few dies and paper items for way less than I expected, which always makes it feel worth it. Shipping can add up a bit, so you’re better off ordering a few things at once instead of just one or two. Overall, I think the quality matches what I paid, I just wish the regular prices were a little lower

I really like the products, but the website is kind of a pain. Slow pages. Filters that don’t stay put. Every time I’m browsing dies or stencils, it feels like I end up having to start over. Checkout wasn’t much better either. My cart updated in weird ways, and the back button kept sending me to random places. Not impossible to use. Just frustrating enough that I don’t really enjoy shopping there.

A few weeks ago I started putting together some card ideas and really liked that they had coordinating collections. It definitely made planning everything easier for me. The only downside was that when I went back to order the rest, a couple of the matching items were already out of stock, so I couldn’t finish the full set the way I wanted. Overall, they have some really nice options, but in my experience it can be a little hit or miss depending on what’s available at the time.

I really do love getting these kits every month, they’re always nice and fun to open. The only thing is the shipping feels like it takes forever, and the suspense is almost too much. If they could speed that up even a little, it would be perfect...

I picked up a few paper packs and some inks from Spellbinders, and overall they’re nice. The quality feels good, and the shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there.
The only thing that threw me off was that the colors didn’t look quite the same in person as they did online. A couple were darker than I expected, and one leaned more pink than I had in mind. I can still use them, just not exactly for the project I originally planned.

I was actually happy with how this delivery went. My order showed up faster than I thought it would, and the tracking kept updating without any issues. The package arrived in good shape too, which I always appreciate. It did come one day later than the original estimate, but compared to other deliveries I’ve had, it still felt quick and wasn’t a big deal.
